Before you buy

Another outstanding service we provide, is if you have a house to sell, our sales staff can be very beneficial in pricing your current home, and selling it for you, so you maximize the chances of attaining it’s highest market value possible.

ONCE YOU BUY

Soon after your purchase, our in house home designer, Kim Nash will contact you. Kim has a background in construction and years of experience in selecting superb standards & appealing upgrades with our purchasers.

We also keep in touch with you through the building months, and we’re only a phone call or e-mail away to support you in any way.

Site Tours & Inspections

A great feature we introduced years ago is having our purchasers come in for a “pre-drywall inspection”. This highly productive exercise allows our homeowners to see the layout of their dwelling, feel the overall space, and make some minor changes, if necessary.

During this visit, purchasers are given the opportunity to check where the cable, electrical, and sound rough ins (to name a few) are located, add extra pot-lights or move a location of a light fixture and ask our skilled site superintendents any questions they may have.

At your conveniently scheduled “pre-delivery inspection”, we take you through the finished home, and show you how everything works, including our energy efficient “Energy Star” components. We also make sure that all the standard and upgraded items have been installed properly and to your satisfaction.
